The things we say, the things we do, the content we share, all influence our internal messages and the perceptions others have of us, and when we’re intentional about those things, we build resilience, and other’s perceptions are more likely to be in alignment with how we see ourselves, how we want to see ourselves.

The stories we share impact our internal messages, so how do we share what has happened in a way that builds resilience and strong, positive connections with others?

Sharing our stories of challenges and struggle with intention can be all we need to build positive internal messages and to truly connect with others.

We cannot control what people think of us, but we can influence their perceptions through our actions and the stories we share.
