DESCRIPTION:Get ready for a fantastic mid-season challenge and a sun-soa
 ked adventure at our 14th Annual Dog Days 5K\, 10K\, and half marathon\,
  proudly benefiting Lifeline Puppy Rescue! Held in a central location co
 nvenient to both Denver and Boulder\, our courses go along the scenic Bi
 g Dry Creek Trail as it winds northeast. You'll enjoy breathtaking views
  of the Flatirons on the horizon while you run.\n\nThis event is perfect
  for both human and dog athletes! The trail offers a generous amount of 
 soft surface\, especially along the 10K and half marathon routes\, makin
 g it ideal for dogs. We celebrate our canine competitors with a separate
  dog division for each distance\, where the first three finishing dogs w
 ill receive a medal\, award\, and prize. (Just remember to register your
  dog the morning of the event!) . For extra fun\, join our dog-themed co
 stume contest!\n\nThis family- and dog-friendly event includes:\n\nThe f
 lexibility of running or walking 5K\, 10K\, or half marathon distances t
 o meet your fitness goals and so you can participate with your friends a
 nd family\nAn awesome\, super-soft tech running shirt\, full-color medal
 \, and event-specific bib for all distances\nChip timing and accurately
