 ly performance takes place on Saturday\, July 18\, at 7:30 p.m. at the A

 ca Swift has established herself as one of her generation’s defining v
 oices in jazz. As a child\, she toured nationally with her parents—jaz
 z musicians Hod O’Brien and Stephanie Nakasian—appearing at leading 
 clubs and festivals including Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola\, Jazz Standard (
 NYC)\, Jazz Showcase (Chicago)\, and the Telluride Jazz Festival. She re
 corded her first album at age nine and has since built a career spanning
  two decades. \n\nHer credits include a second-place finish in the 2015
  Thelonious Monk Jazz Competition\, a twice-yearly residency at Birdland
  Jazz Club\, touring with Chris Botti and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orc
 hestra\, and recording with Jeff Goldblum. Her 2021 album This Bitter Ea
 rth earned a five-star review and the cover of DownBeat\, and in 2024\, 
 she was named a Chevalier in France’s Order of Arts and Letters. \n\n
 Her 2026 release Home explores themes of loss\, identity\, and belonging
  through a wide-ranging repertoire\, offering a personal and expansive v
 iew of what “home” can mean.\n\nThe CJRO is one of the region's prem
 ier jazz ensembles\, featuring top-tier musicians dedicated to honoring
