techniques \n\n \n\nCrafty Action Society is a way to bring people toget

from a local organization about how your creativity can help their caus

eating. We’ll explore techniques from quilting and embroidery to stenc
iling\, collage\, and papier-mâché ensuring activities are accessible
to beginners and more advanced makers alike. Materials\, snacks\, and be
verages provided. \n\n \n\nWith this program\, we are raising money for
the organization that we are hosting and our own teen internship program
. But no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Tickets are availabl
e on a sliding scale from $10 - $40 which will also cover supplies\, sna
cks\, and the assistance of our teaching staff. \n\n \n\nThe Center for
Visual Art is MSU Denver’s off-campus art center located at 10th and S
anta Fe Drive. We present year-round exhibitions that encapsulate the po
wer of art and its ability to spark dialogue and create pathways to chan
ge. Whether giving voice to local artists or those with international re
ach\, CVA’s exhibitions address complex social issues in a visual lang
uage unlike any other form of communication.
