SUMMARY:Earth Week Event: Songs for a Sacred Earth
DESCRIPTION:Join us during Earth Week for an evening of music\, reflecti
on\, and connection exploring how sound\, spirit\, and story can deepen
our relationship with the living world. Songs for a Sacred Earth brings
together musicians\, teachers\, and practitioners from diverse tradition
s to share wisdom about ecological responsibility through sacred and exp
ressive cultural forms. Through song and storytelling\, the gathering in
vites participants to experience climate care not only as policy or prac
tice\, but as relationship\, one rooted in meaning\, resilience\, and co
llective imagination. Co-presented by Colorado Jewish Climate Action\, t
he Iliff School of Theology\, The Center for Earth Theology\, and the Al
liance for Collective Action\, this event is part performance\, part con
vening space. It is designed to cultivate connection across faith\, spir
itual\, and secular communities while strengthening the relational fabri
c needed to sustain climate work in challenging times. Held during Earth
Week — a moment dedicated to honoring and protecting our planet — t
his gathering asks: What might it sound like to care for Earth together?
How can music sustain us in the work of repair? What becomes possible w
hen sacred wisdom and civic action meet? Participants will experience li
ve performances and facilitated moments of reflection in an immersive se
tting at The Alliance Center\, a hub for collaboration across Coloradoâ€
™s climate and justice ecosystem. Appetizers and non alcoholic beverages
will be shared as we enjoy the work of: Morgan Brown Reshawn Edison Eit
an Kantor Eric McEuen Atilla Kahveci &amp\; Aysha Durmu Chinelo Tyler We
  invite you to come listen\, reflect\, and connect\; help us co-create a
shared soundtrack for ecological care and collective action. We want th
is gathering to be accessible to all. Scholarship tickets are available
