Jewish Aging Mastery Program for Older Adults

September 27 - December 20

The Jewish Aging Mastery Program (JAMP) is a 12-week long program which runs every Wednesday from 10-11:45 a.m. from Sept. 27 to Dec. 20 at the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center. The program includes one course per week focused on different topics impacting older adults. Courses are taught by experts in the community. JAMP encourages mastery, helping adults achieve sustainable behaviors that will lead to improved health, stronger financial security, enhanced wellbeing and increased connectedness to communities. The program is $150.
