Elsa of Arendelle, the Disney princess from Frozen, embraces a crowd of young fans at the 2014 Winter Welcome on November 21 in the 29th Avenue Town Center. The annual event rings in the holidays with princesses, carolers, “dancing” trees, s’mores, roasted almonds, face painting, a DJ booth and more.
