His most visible effort was to co-found Integrity Bank & Trust in Colorado Springs, where he currently serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors.
–In 1993 Robert founded Colorado Springs-based Human Capital Associates after analyzing major initiative disconnects within organizations across the nation. The company’s 22 year success has come from listening, studying, and creating coalitions to benefit businesses and nonprofits.

EVAN J. VANDERPOOL
I grew up in a small town, my mother a teacher and father a small business owner. My wife and I love the outdoors, fell in love with Colorado and moved to Denver shortly after our marriage. My wife Sarah is an interior designer and I am the Director of Sales for an engineering company and run my own consulting business focused on recycling.
Texas A&M University, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a certificate in Law, Politics, and Policy. Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
As a businessman I work with a tremendously diverse group of companies in both size and operations. I feel that I have the perfect balance of education in public policy and real world business experience to have a meaningful impact at the Capitol.
Why people should vote for me:
–I am not a politician. We cannot afford another career bureaucrat in office. We are all tired of the same old same old from our political system and we must break the cycle. I have the experience to make Colorado a great place to do business and I have the youth to bring hardworking energy and an independent mind to the Legislature.
–We need leaders crafting good policy that will actually improve the lives of Coloradans. We need leaders who can implement common sense regulations. We need leaders who are focused on making the right decisions, not furthering their political careers.
–I‘m a fiscal conservative who believes firmly that our hard-earned taxpayer dollars cannot be wasted. I believe in true conservative principles of opportunity and freedom. That we should all have the opportunity to work hard and earn a living. That we should all have freedom from government interference to live our God given lives as we see fit.
–I ask for your vote to elect somebody to the Colorado General Assembly who truly wants success for Colorado and wants to continue to make it a great place to live for his family and all families.
