Spokesman Tom Gleason announced that Forest City acquired the land under the control tower from DIA on January 22, 2016. Punch Bowl Social, an entertainment and dining business, has signed a contract to purchase the 2.2-acre parcel from Forest City and it is anticipated they will close on that purchase in early April.
