In response to a request from the Central Park Community Advisory Board to learn of plans for remaining undeveloped properties in Central Park, Jim Chrisman, Senior Vice President of Brookfield Properties, presented the following information to the group on October 7, 2021.

    No groceries until every square inch of open space has either a building or parking lot built on it. Priorities.

    Still the wait is on for a full service grocery store north of I-70. Truly a food desert with more and more housing built.
