After all the media coverage about the new state standardized tests, the Front Porch interviewed principals to see how they went. Every principal said they try not to make a big deal of the annual standardized tests so students won’t feel pressure about them. Some took further steps to help students relax and do their best. Denver Discovery had a meditation session before each test. Bill Roberts had students exercise before the test and practice deep breathing. Ashley teachers made a silly and fun video.
