The former Circuit City space, between Target and Bass Pro, has been leased to Gameworks, a entertainment center that offers games, food and sports for the whole family. Phenix Salon Suites

The space east of Macy’s (formerly Christoper and Banks combined with the undeveloped space next to it) has been leased by Phenix Salon Suites, which offers individual suites for salon professionals to operate their own independent business. What’s happening at Toby Keith’s?

After Toby Keith’s closed, the City and County of Denver seized their property and sold it at auction on October 29 for back taxes due in the amount of approximately $67,000. Other Toby Keith’s around the country also closed recently. Forest City is not disclosing any information about Toby Keith’s closure, but they are actively marketing the 22,000 square foot property.
