Punch Bowl CEO Robert Thompson and City Councilman Chris Herndon officially broke ground on Sept. 14 at the old Stapleton Air Traffic Control Tower located at Martin Luther King and Central Park boulevards. Stapleton Punch Bowl is expected to open in Spring 2017.
