Bierstadt Lagerhaus Breadmaking Class

It’s the most lovely time of year in Denver. The leaves are falling, and the GABF tourists have mostly left town, so Grainbakers is coming to Denver for a 3-night/3-brewery tour! At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread.

Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once created, you can customize your bread by adding various flavors from our spice selection.

Class includes:

A bread-and-butter sampling
Lecture and hands-on instruction to make artisan spent grain baked bread
Recipe and instruction guide.
Super fun mixing session to make your dough
One bread in it’s first rise, ready to head home to bake
Extra spent grain for your freezer and recipes to make more bread

VIP / FAQ:

We will be hosting TWO sessions of this class, a 5 PM and 7 PM session.
You will bake your bread at home.
Participants must be 18 to attend and must have a ticket.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.

You are WELCOME to invite a friend to wait for you while you’re in class. You can have dinner together before class, and then they can doomscroll some social media over a pint while in class.
