Weeklong, half-day camps for every kid to BUILD STRENGTH + INCREASE SPEED + IMPROVE TECHNIQUE in a positive, non-competitive environment. Your child will HAVE FUN developing athleticism with learning to lift weights, speed & power drills, exciting games and expert instruction from experienced coaches!
Each week will build on a variety of skills and movements Monday-Thursday and culminate with Fun Day Friday and time at the pool.
