Yemen Blues Plays Hallel

November 3

Yemen Blues Plays Hallel is a newly conceived program of songs inspired by the Book of Psalms performed in the uniquely melodic, rhythmic Judeo-Arabic genre that Yemen Blues has introduced to audiences around the world.

The songs are the co-creation of super-charismatic Yemen Blues lead singer Ravid Kahalani, and its co-founder bass/oud virtuoso and composer Omer Avital.

Yemen Blue Plays Hallel is on Sunday, November 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the JCC Elaine Wolf Theatre at the JCC Mizel Arts and Culture Center. The event is part of the Jewish Arts, Authors, Movies and Music Festival (JAAMM). To purchase tickets and for more information, visit https://www.jccdenver.org/jaamm/
