Join us select Sundays for morning yoga classes taught by certified yoga instructor, Kali Paguiriga, in a relaxed and judgment-free environment.
Stick around after class and enjoy a beverage included with your registration fee. Classes are one hour, and we will begin promptly at 11 a.m. Please bring your mat and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
About your instructor:
Kali Paguirigan has been practicing yoga daily since just after her second child’s birth in 2009. Through the practice, she found a sense of inner calm and quiet that felt like returning home to herself, and she was hooked. Her heart-centered classes combine breath-work, group singing, vinyasa, and restful poses that will leave you feeling full of light and energy. Kali has a 200-hr training from Jaya Yoga in Brooklyn, NY, and a 300-hr training from Courageous Yoga right here in Denver.
