The Calidore String Quartet, praised by The New York Times for their “irrepressible dramatic instinct,” returns to Denver for a one-night-only collaboration with GRAMMY Award-winning classical guitar icon Sharon Isbin.
Presented by Friends of Chamber Music, this dynamic program features music by Dvořák, Haydn, Vivaldi, and Boccherini—blending the vibrant sonorities of string quartet and guitar in both familiar and unexpected ways. Known for their precision, expressivity, and adventurous programming, the Calidore Quartet has earned international acclaim, while Isbin’s virtuosic playing has captivated audiences around the world.
