Wild West Days at the Colorado Railroad Museum

Celebrate Colorado’s Gold Rush heritage at the Colorado Railroad Museum with a ride behind one of the last coal-fired steam locomotives operating in Colorado, Gold Panning demonstrations, turntable demonstrations, and more. Stroll the Museum’s 15-acre railyard to check out all kinds of historic fun with plenty of photo opportunities, including the Museum’s very own mascot, Spike the Railroad Dog! Food and tasty treats will also be available for purchase. Activities and train rides take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days, with the Museum grounds open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On-Site Admission & Ride for Steam Up Event Days: $22 Adults, $12 ages 2-17, $20 Seniors ages 60+.
