Longtime Denver journalist Linda Kotsaftis has been named editor of Front Porch newspaper. Most recently, Kotsaftis served as the chief content officer at Rocky Mountain PBS, where she oversaw news strategy and production across its digital, social, and broadcast channels.

“I’m excited to join the Front Porch team where there has always been a focus on community-centered journalism. I believe in sharing the voices of our community and creating an equitable path for those voices,” says Kotsaftis. “Everyone has a story and we have a great opportunity to make people feel heard and seen.”

Prior to her work at Rocky Mountain PBS, Kotsaftis worked for more than 20 years as a news manager and producer at KUSA-TV Channel 9News. A graduate of the University of Denver, she and her husband, journalist Mark Harden, live in Central Park and have two grown children.

Front Porch is delivered free-of-charge to more than 24,000 households in the Central Park, Park Hill, Lowry, Montclair, and East Colfax neighborhoods. Carol Roberts and Steve Larson remain publishers of the monthly newspaper.

Kotsaftis can be reached at 303-526-1969 or email her directly at editor@box2438.temp.domains.
