From Evergreen Development:
Everything is going very, very well from a leasing and design perspective. We’ve completed the Concept Review by the City of Denver, and have been through one round of review in the Site Plan Review and Transportation Engineering Plan review.  The ball is in our court to respond to comments. We’re spending a lot of time on architecture and plaza amenity design—with the goal to exceed the community’s expectations in terms of quality of project overall.

From King Soopers:
We are pleased with the progress being made for a second King Soopers location in Stapleton.  We continue to work in collaboration with the Stapleton Design Committee, the City of Denver and, local residents to create a store design that will be representative of this unique Denver neighborhood. We will soon be seeking building permits for this future King Soopers site.
