Four Friends Kitchen

Neighbors Kurt and Sarah Pletcher and Genefer and Tim Thornton came up with the idea of starting a new business together—a breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant with a Southern theme. It will be located on the plot of land behind Cycleton in Stapleton Town Center, facing Roslyn St. They have already found a chef who has over 30 years of experience working in Denver restaurants. They hope to begin construction soon and open in early fall 2014.

United Properties

United Properties, which just started construction on their first light industrial building along E. 40th Ave. last August, has had such high demand they already need additional space. The second phase is being designed to look like office space from the front. United Properties calls this a state-of-the art facility for logistics companies. They were expecting a 10-year build out and are moving forward in two years due to the heavy demand.

Autowash @ Northfield

Autowash @ Northfield will be similar to the Autowash currently located in south Stapleton, though with different architecture. It will be on Central Park Blvd. near 51st and will have three automatic, three self wash and two dog wash bays.
