NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF INFORMAL PRIMARY CANDIDATE ELECTION FOR THE PARK CREEK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Park Creek Metropolitan District, City and County of Denver, Colorado, that at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021, there were not more valid candidate nomination forms filed for the two (2) positions to be selected as candidates for the District’s May 3, 2022 regular special district election; therefore, the informal primary candidate election to be held on November 9, 2021 has been cancelled by Resolution of the Board of Directors adopted on October 28, 2021, and Shalise A. Hudley-Harris and Andrew Bartlett have been declared the selected candidates of the Central Park community for the District’s May 3, 2022 regular special district election.
