The Communications Manager for the City of Aurora informed us on Aug. 25 that the renderings here do not show the latest plans.  They say updated renderings will be available by August 29.

Aurora City Councilperson Sally Mounier sent an email announcement late afternoon, Friday, August 22 saying, “Stanley Aviation has been sold…they officially closed on the property today.”

The renderings below show conceptual drawings sent by Mounier, but she noted, “they must go through a remediation process due to a good deal of asbestos.”
