Aurora Approves Creative Learning Preschool

December 1, 2017 / John Fernandez / Announcements, Aurora, Community Issues, Community Organization, Development, Kids, Schools/Education / No Comments

Creative Learning Preschool at E. 26th Ave. and Moline St. in Aurora is expected to open in July 2018, serving 65 children ages 1 – 4.

The first non-residential use in Stapleton Aurora has received unanimous approval from the Aurora Planning Commissioner. Owner Dan Mitzner expects the school to open in July 2018, replacing the existing leased facility in Quebec Square. The new location is a 0.43 acre parcel at the southeast corner of E. 26th Ave. and Moline St. The 4,800 square foot school will accommodate 65 children ages 1–4. Earlier issues with parking supply were resolved with a reconfigured parking lot and allowance for two-way vehicular travel.
